1. Who we are

Senders.co ("Senders", "we", "our", "us") provides cold email infrastructure, deliverability tooling, and related services. This portal is operated by Senders.co for the use of our clients and their authorised team members.

2. Information we collect

We collect and process the following data:

  • Account data: name, email address, company name, password (hashed).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps.
  • Email infrastructure data: sending domains, warmup statistics, DNS records, blacklist status.
  • Google Postmaster data: domain reputation and spam rates fetched via the Google Postmaster Tools API on your behalf, using OAuth tokens you explicitly authorise.
  • Billing data: invoices and payment records (payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers).

3. Google API scopes

When you connect Google Postmaster Tools, we request the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/postmaster.readonly — read-only access to your Google Postmaster Tools domain reputation and traffic stats.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service. Tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to fetch Postmaster data on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account security settings or from within the portal.

4. How we use your data

  • Provide and operate the portal and associated deliverability services.
  • Send automated reports and alerts about your email infrastructure.
  • Improve our services through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors:

  • MailReach — email warmup and inbox placement testing.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google — Postmaster Tools API (only when you explicitly connect).
  • MillionVerifier — email list validation (when you use that feature).
  • OpenAI — AI sequence generation (campaign content you submit is sent to OpenAI's API).

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your contract plus 12 months. Monitoring history is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@senders.co.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@senders.co.
