The Service integrates with Google Postmaster Tools via OAuth. Your use of Google services through the Service is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We access only the scopes you explicitly authorise and store tokens solely to provide the Postmaster monitoring feature.
The AI Sequence Builder generates cold email copy using OpenAI's API. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated content before sending it. Senders makes no warranties about the accuracy, tone, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to email deliverability outcomes, blacklisting events, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support@senders.co.
